St. Augustine Beach House Rental Success Story

Ashley House, a recently renovated oceanfront vacation rental located in South Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, desired to develop a website that would target seasonal vacationers that were looking to reside for extended durations.

Departing from the typical rental properties listed online that provide a few pictures and a list of amenities, Livingston & Partners developed a concept to create an engaging online experience highlighting what a vacationer can look forward to while visiting the house and surrounding areas.

To accomplish this "Can't Miss" and "Highly Recommended" activity lists were provided to local attractions, restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and sport fishing. Dramatic panoramas of the surrounding areas were also provided, as well as a photo gallery allowing users to view various images of the house.

To keep updating costs to a minimum, content management tools were provided allowing non-technical users to edit and publish changes to the reservation calendar.

Within one month of going live the house received an overwhelming response in reservations. To date, conversation rates remain high with many of Ashley House's guests staying multiple months without initially visiting the property.

In the end, expectations have been exceeded and we have one very happy client.
